This Version 3 (Sept04) replaces Version 2 (Aug04), which was circulated widely as a paper booklet to members and doctors in August, and which wrongly states in section 3b that the cost of the drug is covered by Pharmac. It's not, so the cost per vial to the individual is about $13 (varies between pharmacies). It's a bit confusing, because Solu-Cortef obtained by a GP on a PSO (Prescription Supply Order), is fully subsidised
